The Springfield Liedertafel was founded in 1888 to provide a social function for its members and for the continuance of German Choral Music. Club members are encouraged, but are not required to participate in choral activities. Membership to the Liedertafel is not concerned by anyone's national orgin, heritage, or color. And applications for membership are available now. The Springfield Liedertafel offers many benefits to its volunteer members who maintain keeping the club a vibrant, relevent, and effective organization.
